WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released, or sold out and requires a certain business days to process (Cut and Sew) or requires a certain time frame to be delivered to our warehouse before we can ship it out to our customers. 

Once you place a preorder, you order is preserved, cut and sewn Just for you.

WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Our preorders will have an estimated set ship date displayed on each item or sizes but occasionally we have large orders that take longer to manufacture! In that case the pieces will have a slight delay in shipment. We understand our customers are exited to have their items but to reduce customers anxiety and increase influx of emails in which our small business cannot handle we encourage all customers to be patient with us as we are trying our possible best to ship out the items out to you as soon as possible. 

Please note ship date is the estimated date your preorder will be shipped out from our warehouse and not the date you are expected to receive it at your address. Estimated delivery depends on what shipping options you select at checkout!

You can always email us at customersupport@uvmcollection.com to get an updates for your preorder status, but we HIGHLY recommend you wait until your estimated ship date or close to the date before sending us an email to get an update. 

I'M TIRED OR WAITING AND I WANT A REFUND!

We understand you really want your item and we also want to see you rock your UVMCollection items! Unfortunately, many vendors and manufacturers are still coping with shipping delays caused by our current global pandemic especially our international shipments. 

We appreciate your patience and hope you understand we are not hoarding or holding on to your order and they are expected to ship as soon as we receive them at our warehouse. Please note, refunds are not applicable to to preorder items as it is a cut and sew made just for you. 

We want to make sure all our customers are happy and we appreciate your support. We highly recommend you read, calculate the estimated ship date with keeping in mind that there could be or could not be a delay with the shipment date listed. Remember, you can also email us at customersupport@uvmcollection.com for all updates. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN BUSINESS DAYS AND JUST DAYS?

Business days means. Saturday, Sunday or any holiday is not included in the calculation of the estimated shipment date listed on the item.

Days means Saturday, Sunday is included but any holidays are not included in the calculation of the estimated shipment date listed on the item.

CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?

Unfortunately, preorder items cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please be sure before placing your preorder items. 

We love to see all our UVM Babes rock their items and we strive our best to bring on unique pieces you hardly see other boutiques carry. In this case, we appreciate your support and patience.
