PREORDERS ONLY

ALL PREORDERED ITEMS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE SPECIFIED ESTIMATED DATE LISTED UNDER INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS . PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY OTHER ITEMS WITH ANY PREORDER ITEM IF YOU WANT THEM TO BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. IF OTHER ITEMS ARE COMBINED WITH ANY PREORDER YOUR FULL ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SPLIT THE SHIPMENT. 

PROCESSING TIME

  • Once your payment is verified and processed, all orders will be processed, verified, and shipped within 1-4 business days or sooner excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. (We recommend you select a shipping method that requires signature upon arrival)
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipping carrier details and tracking number.  
  • Express orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business days.

 United States Shipping 

2 - 7 Business Days Standard Shipping $8.99

2 - 3 Business Days Shipping $19.99

 International Shipping 

International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of your package. At checkout your total shipping cost will be shown at checkout. 

Shipping times varies and can be anywhere between 2 to 14 business days, not including weekends and holidays

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and shipping courier used. 

    CUSTOM FEES?

    A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. 

    All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

    Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

    As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any.  If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us. 

     

    Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee for USA and applicable shipping cost for international buyers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.

    We are not responsible for a delay in delivery due to conditions not under our power such as weather. We highly recommend all customers follow-up with their package with the delivery carrier to ensure they get delivered at the estimated time.
