FREE SHIPPING

  • Free shipping on all orders within U.S.A over $100
  • Qualifies for standard shipping only.
  • No coupon codes needed.
  • Offer valid for U.S. orders placed at www.uvmcollection.com. Shipping does not count towards the qualifying amount. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
PROCESSING TIME
  • All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-4 business days or sooner.
  • Express orders are usually processed within 1 business days, but if stock is low or need factory processing, we might require up to 4 business days to process before shipping out. 
  • We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. (We recommend you select a shipping method that requires signature upon arrival)
  • You can track your package using the supplied tracking number when you receive your confirmation email from us.
  • *Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.
 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING? 
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. USPS First class mail (14 - 20  business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds. *Available for UK and Canada Only!

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with delivery times*

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
  • Shipping days do not include Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Orders that contain both available product and a preorder item, the order gets shipped out together when all the items in the cart become available using the paid shipping option selected by the customer upon checkout. If you would like to have the available items shipped out immediately, please place a separate order for the available item from the preorder items, otherwise, your order will be shipped out together when all items in your cart become available.  

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

CUSTOM FEES?

A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any.  If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us. 

 

We are not responsible for a delay in delivery due to conditions not under our power such as weather. We highly recommend all customers follow-up with their package with the delivery carrier to ensure they get delivered at the estimated time.
