RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (UPDATED)
NO REFUNDS ON ALL ORDERS! EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDITS ARE ALLOWED.
Have a return/exchange?
- Our policy last 7 days, if 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit. (delivery date is determined based on delivery dates from your shipping details). WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU. If we receive your returned item on the 8th day or after, we can't offer you an exchange or store credit and the item will be shipped back to you!
- To qualify for store credit, we must receive the package no more than 7 days after the original date the package was delivered to you.
- item must be in its original condition
- item must be Unwashed, Not dry cleaned, Unworn, No damage, No makeup stains (of any sort), No deodorant smell, No body odor, No cologne or perfume smell. If the item sent back has any of the above conditions listed or more, we cannot issue you a store credit or exchange, we will ship the item(s) back to you. Please, make sure all items are in the same conditions before emailing us for a return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded as store credit. ALL SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- We cannot issue a store credit or exchange your item if the tag or label is missing or removed.
- PREORDER ITEM ONLY! 15% restocking fee will be charged only on returned a pre-ordered item.
- Store credit cannot be used/applied on a "Preorder" list item. Any pre-order placed using a store credit will be canceled immediately.
- Store credit expires 30 days from the day it was issued.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE? (STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY!)
- No return on sales items. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- No return on Discounted items (this includes any purchased items used with any Coupon code/Discount code at the point of checkout).
- No refund on PRE-ORDER items (15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total cost of an outfit and the balance will be issued as store credit).
- No refund on regular priced items. Exchange or store credit allowed.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for your return shipping charges.
- If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
- YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM BACK TO YOU
How do I return for exchange or store credit?
- If you need an exchange of size, exchange for same or another item or any other reasons for a return, send us an email at email@example.com including
- Full name on the order
- UVM Order number
- Reason for return (e.g Too small, need a bigger size, too short, too long, too tight)
- If you would like an exchange, please include it in your email stating which item and size.
- We would then issue you a return authorization code to include in your package within 1-2 business days.
ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CODE WOULD TAKE LONGER PROCESSING AND SORTING TIME OR CAN BE RETURNED BACK TO CUSTOMER

- An exchange of the same item will be determined by what we have available in stock at the time of the exchange. If the item/size is not available, we will automatically issue you store credit.

How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- All returned items must be inspected and usually takes 5 business days for sorting and inspection.
- If you are approved, then store credit will be issued within 2 business days. after inspecting.
- You can use your store credit at checkout
- Store credit cannot be used/applied on a "Preorder" listed item. Any pre-order placed using a store credit will be canceled immediately.
- Store credit can only be applied to available items (NOT PRE-ORDER ITEMS)

- Check your email, all store credits are emailed to customers when approved.
- If you did not get an email, send us an email.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
