If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can always return it. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. Please be sure to read our return policy thoroughly before submitting your return.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Our policy last 7 days, if 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a store credit. (delivery date is determined based on delivery dates from your shipping details). WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU. If we receive your returned item on the 8th day or after, we can't offer you a store credit and the item will be shipped back to you!
  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • item must be Unwashed, Not dry cleaned, Unworn, No damage, No makeup stains (of any sort), Not soiled, No deodorant smell, No body odor, No cologne or perfume smell. If the item sent back has any of the above conditions listed or more, we cannot issue you a store credit. We will ship the item(s) back to you. Please, make sure all items are in the same conditions as  you receive them before emailing us for a return.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or issued store credit. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
  • Non-returnable merchandise include
    1. final sale products
    2. Free gifts or promotional items 
    3. Worn items
    4. Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
    5. White, off-white, ivory color items
    6. Swimwear
    7. Accessories
    8. Bodysuits
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to UVMCollection and back to the customer.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • UVMCollection diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, stains, body odor or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
  • Store Credit is valid only at
  • PREORDER ITEM ONLY! 15% restocking fee will be charged only on returned pre-ordered item. 
  • Store credit cannot be used/applied on a "Preorder" list item. Any pre-order placed using a store credit will be canceled immediately. 
  • Store credit can only be applied to available items (NOT PRE-ORDER ITEMS) 
  • Store credit expires 30 days from the day it was issued. 
  • You can apply for your store credit at checkout. 

 You will be responsible for the total cost of shipping costs, customs duties, and/or courier charges.

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
  • All returned items must be inspected and usually takes 3 - 5 business days for sorting and inspection.

  • Send us an email at to notify us of your return and include the following details 
    • Full name
    • Date of return
    • Order number
    • List of item(s) you would like to return
    • Reason for return
  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork & parts) with tags attached. 
  • Be sure to include your original packing slip with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your packing slip.
  • If you can't send the packing slip, get a piece of paper and include the following details
      1. Full name 
      2. UVM Order number 
      3. Reason for return (e.g Too small, need a bigger size, too short, too long, too tight)
      4. Send us a return notification via email at
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Late or missing store credit  (if applicable)

    • Check your email, all store credits are emailed to customers when approved. 
    • If you did not get an email, check your spam first then send us an email. 
    • Allow 24-72 hours for a response.
