How can I make a return?

    How many days do I have to make a return?
    You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit your return request and all merchandise have to be received at our return location latest within 14 days from your delivery date. 
    What items are returnable?
    • Item must be in its original condition
    • Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
    • item must be unwashed, not dry cleaned, unworn, no damage, no makeup stains (of any sort), Not soiled, No deodorant smell, no body odor, no cologne or perfume smell. If the item sent back has any of the above conditions listed or more, we cannot issue you a store credit. We will ship the item(s) back to you. Please, make sure all items are in the same conditions as  you receive them before submitting a return request.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any hangtags attached.

    The following are non-returnable items and are do not qualify for store credits:

    • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged or issued store credit. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
    • All free gifts or promotional items
    • Worn items
    • Sunglasses 
    • Swimwear
    • Lingerie
    • items with any sign of wear, deodorant smell, and scents. 
    • Bodysuits
    • Shipping fees
    • Whites, off-whites, ivory color items with any sort of stains, no matter how little. 

    Can I get my money back?

    For all returns we issue store credit only, no exception. Refunds are not available. 

    • Store credits are valid within 90 days
    • Store credit cannot be used/applied on a "Preorder" listed item. Any pre-order placed using a store credit will be canceled immediately. 

    How soon will I receive my store credit?

    Once we have your return please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for your store credit to be issued. 

    Are there any return fees?

    • Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the customers
    • All international customers are responsible for the total cost of shipping costs, customs duties, and/or courier charges.
    • Shipping fees are not refundable. 
    • UVMCollection diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. If you receive wrong item or faulty product, please send us picture proof to our email address at customersupport@uvmcollection.com within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      • Check your email, all store credits are emailed to customers when approved. 
      • If you did not get an email, check your spam first then send us an email. 
      • Allow 24-72 hours for a response.
