I AM NOT AS CURVY AS YOUR MODEL, WOULD THE ITEM STILL FIT ME?

Body types are different but all our items are designed to fit all body types. Most of our items are stretchy and we provide sizes XS to XXL (More plus sizes will be available soon). We highly recommend you select your true actual size or use our size chart as a guide.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, SEZZLE, ZIP, AMAZON PAY , SHOP PAY and AFTERPAY. Unfortunately, we do not accept bank transfers or money orders.

When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION?
Some orders are subject to UVMCollection's Verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that order and that ship-to information are legitimate. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires email verification.
If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave a correct email address and that you keep your information current. 
Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location.

We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking tab or number.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit.

WHY IS MY PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK?
Because of our quest to provide you with the latest in fashion we do not stock large quantities of any item. For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you initially ordered. You can fill out the form for "Out of stock" on each product and you will be notified when it gets restocked. 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We have a NO refund policy. Only store credits are allowed. READ HERE

We also recommend you read the individual product description, as we try our best to provide as much detail as possible if the recommendation in sizing is needed. Otherwise, we recommend you order your true actual size. 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER IF I PLACE IT TODAY?

We require 3-5 business days or sooner  to process all orders. 

DO YOU SHIP DURING THE HOLIDAY OR WEEKENDS?

No, we do not ship out orders on Saturday, Sunday and during any holiday. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER, I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING DETAILS.
You can always track your order via the tracking provided to you or contact the shipping company used to ship your item. When an Item leaves our warehouse and has been shipped, please contact the shipping company directly! We do not have control over when or who they delivered the item to.

Our system generates automatic emails sent to all customers when their items has been shipped. If you did not receive one of these emails, kindly check your spam first or visit your confirmation page and you can also track your order directly from there. You can also track your order from your UVM Collection shopper's account. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer a variety of shipping options, we have partnered with DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer you the best shipping rates. At the checkout you will see the different shipping options available, please select the one that fits well for you. Some of the options include overnight shipping, 2 business days, 3-4 business days, 5-7 business days, 7-14 business days and so on depending on your location. 

I PREORDERED AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

All pre-ordered items will have the estimated ship dates listed on each product or in the description box. Please note, these days are estimated time and our factories work hard to get them ready before or on the specified dates. 

I PREORDERED AN ITEM AND ALSO ORDERED AN AVAILABLE ITEM, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you place an order which contains a preorder item and an item that is available in store. We will ship all items when all preordered items are available. If you want the available item shipped immediately without waiting for the preordered item, we suggest you place the order separately. What we mean is that you place the order with the available items separately and place the order with the preorder item (s) separately, if not all items will be shipped out when it all becomes available.
